When You Need a Remote Online Notary, Anywhere, 24/7

The clearest sign you need a remote online notary: you can’t appear in person, and the document can’t wait. Online notarization exists for exactly these situations:

SITUATIONS WE SOLVE

  • Military families stationed overseas executing a U.S. power of attorney
  • Adult children managing a Florida parent’s estate from another state
  • Real estate buyers closing on a property remotely (no need to interrupt a good vacation)

Documents we notarize online:

  • Estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and healthcare surrogates
  • Affidavits and loan packages
  • Deed-related documents for remote closings, especially for Florida clients working with out-of-state counterparties

Who uses remote online notarization:

  • Law offices and title companies
  • Real estate offices
  • Medical care facilities
  • Contractors and private individuals

There’s no geographic limit on where the signer has to be. RON was built for you.

Our Remote Online Notarization Process

Getting your documents notarized online is simple. Here’s how your online notary session works from start to finish:

01

Book your session.

Call, text, email, or book directly through our website, and you’ll receive easy instructions for uploading your documents to our secure RON platform.

02

Gather what you need.

A government-issued photo ID (a driver’s license or passport works) and a smartphone or computer with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.

03

Verify your identity.

Every session begins with credential analysis, plus either a quick biometric face scan or knowledge-based authentication (KBA). It takes just a couple of minutes.

04

Sign on camera.

Once verified, the live video session starts, and your pre-tagged documents make signing as easy as clicking a box.

05

Receive your notarized document.

We apply our electronic signature and seal, and the entire session is recorded and stored as tamper-evident proof of a valid notarization.

06

Save your notarized document.

Your sealed, legally binding document is ready within minutes and can be downloaded, printed or shared to a title company, Law Office or agency of your choice.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the bank, court, or title company actually accept a remotely notarized document?

In most cases, yes. Florida-notarized documents are recognized by all other states under the Full Faith and Credit Clause, and 47 states now have their own RON laws. Florida RON documents can also be apostilled for international use. Some lenders have platform preferences for real estate closings, so it’s worth confirming with the receiving party before your session. Always ask the establishment the documents are going to, if they will allow the documents to be notarized via Remote Online Notarization.

What do I need to have ready before my remote online notarization session?

A government-issued photo ID, a driver’s license or passport, a computer or smartphone with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Your document gets uploaded to the platform ahead of time. Identity verification happens right at the start, so your ID and the document is the only things to have handy. Signing onto the platform and going through the identification process can be done at any time and is recommended at least 30 minutes before the session begins in case there are any questions or technical difficulties.

What if your documents need witness signatures?

No problem. You can either bring your own witnesses, at least 18 years or older with valid ID and have no affiliation with the document or we can provide witnesses for you. All witnesses are $10 each. If the witness signature needs notarized that will be an extra $10. There is a $50 minimum for every session.
